Chocolate date balls (but don't tell anyone)

Yip - don't even tell anyone they have dates in. Both Brendon and Rachel really dislike the taste of dates - but they both really enjoy these. :-)
Perhaps just call them
Chocolate fudge balls.
3 cups dates (soaked in boiling water to soften and then drained)
3/4 cup liquid coconut oil
4 Tbs cocoa powder
1 cup almond pulp (a great way to use up almond pulp from making your own almond milk).
In a high quality blender (I use a vitamix), blend the softened dates, coconut oil, and cocoa. Once mixed, add the almond pulp and blend till combined.
Scoop mixture onto a lined tray with two spoons and pop in the freezer for a little while. The mixture is a bit sticky - but once cooled the coconut oil hardens and makes them easy to work with.
When you remember - go back and roll them into nice neat balls. Then store them in the fridge.
